Eccleston Engineering was engaged by AT Sackfillers, a recognized leader in the automation of material weighing and bagging, to deliver a bespoke solution for Carbery Group in Ireland.

We were asked to conduct a site survey to establish the performance and physical characteristics of the machine, together with the associated framework and access staging.

Once the specification was agreed we were able to design and build the necessary equipment required to process, weigh and bag the material, in this case various powdered cheeses.

This turnkey solution of site survey, design, build and installation also incorporated the access platforms required to operate the machinery effectively and safely.

Eccleston Engineering worked closely with all members of the team, including the client, end users and suppliers to ensure this bespoke solution was delivered on-time and on-budget.

Throughout the entire process we always considered the requirement to deliver this project safely, reliably and to the highest standard.
